Dear employer – I have been diagnosed with a rheumatic disease

It is a pleasure that in collaboration with a patient and our research colleagues, we have developed this leaflet, which has been named: Dear employer, I have been diagnosed with a rheumatic disease. 

The leaflet has been prepared to make the dialogue with the employer easier as a newly diagnosed person. In the leaflet, we write about what you as an employer can do to help your employee, and that you play an important role for the employee in finding the right solution for your working life together. 

We believe that this is an important topic, which is why we have prepared this leaflet.
